‘Tauberschwarz‘ – this ancient grape varietal from the Tauber Valley has been given a new lease of life in Röttingen. It forms part of the ‘Weinberg‘ tastingsessions and is served in the ‘Winzerhof Fries‘ wine bar and restaurant, as well as in the small wine bars run directly by the ‘Weinbau Bach‘ and ‘Weingut Udo Engelhardt‘ vineyards.
