The town‘s major landmark, visible from far around, is the baroque castle of the Princes of Hohenlohe-Schillingsfürst, who are related very closely through family ties with the houses of Hohenlohe-Waldenburg, Hohenlohe-Langenburg and Hohenlohe-Weikersheim.
