The Crater Geological Park features traditional dishes and fresh, regional products. We want our visitors to taste what they are eating and drinking. A typical gourmet dish at the Crater is 'Rieser Küchle', dough cooked in deep fat, coated with powdered sugar. It is the traditional dessert at a wedding celebration.
