- 1238年/1274年 当地（当時「Steinheim」）または聖アルバン教区教会の最初の文献記録
- 1261年 城とこの地域がエッティンゲン伯爵の所有となる
- 1612年～13年 聖アルバン教区教会改造
- 1648年 城が破壊される
- 16世紀～19世紀 市場を計画的に拡張し、地方宮廷所在地になるまで発展
- 1722年～25年 三位一体像柱建設
